Dragoș Iliescu is a professor in the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences at the University of Bucharest. In addition to his academic career, he has been active in consulting for the last 20 years. His research interests include two main areas: 1). applied psychology in the occupational context and in human capital issues, 2). psychological and educational testing and evaluation, with a strong intercultural component.
